• Storytelling, crafts, holiday shopping, and storybook characters will be available throughout the Book Fair.

Breakfast with Clifford---Saturday & Sunday!

Saturday & Sunday, November 10-11, 2007 9:00 until 10:00 am South Campus Dining Hall, Second Floor Rome Hall, South Campus Complex University of Connecticut, Storrs

For the fourth year in a row, we are pleased to offer breakfast with Clifford and other storybook characters. This is a cafeteria-style breakfast that will be open continuously from 9-10 am. The Book Fair opens at 10 am. The event will be conveniently held in the same building as the Book Fair, just one floor below the Rome Commons Ballroom.

PLEASE NOTE: As of October 19, 2007, all spaces for the breakfast on SATURDAY and SUNDAY have been filled. However, there is a waiting list for spaces that may become available. RSVPs are REQUIRED to attend this event. Please call 1-800-U-READ-IT to RSVP to request that your name be added to the waiting list.

While attending the Book Fair, you can meet---and have your picture taken with---your favorite characters from children's books! This year, we welcome the following storybook characters to the Book Fair:

Clifford the Big Red Dog, who joins us for the Book Fair every year!

 

Book Fair Dates for 2008

Planning ahead? So are we! The Book Fair is usually held on the second weekend in November. We've tentatively set the date for 2008 already.
